Charges an undisclosed hourly rate to “look through catalogs” to find replacement window parts instead of using number on window parts to call supplier and get the information. Gives verbal quote for replacement cost for window parts...says the parts are in stock, calls back a week later and says parts are not in stock and now will have to charge an extra 100.00 trip charge to drive 28 miles to install them when they do come in. After waiting 3 weeks for glass to arrive, calls to say replacement glass is “on the truck” to be delivered. After waiting another week, ask about glass, he has to go look for it. Glass is finally scheduled to be installed, worker breaks glass removing old window, then breaks the new glass trying to install it. Owners response is hateful and unapologetic. “Well I can’t do anything about it now.” “You can get somebody else to replace the window” Installer explains how he broke a window “yesterday”on another job, how he dropped a window at yet another job and it shattered inside the house. No apologies, no making it right, just...you can get someone else. With the home closing in a few weeks and pressed for time, they put the original fogged window back in, but now window is broken as well. I went by the “5 star” google review, in choosing this company. Worst glass company I have ever dealt with. Never had anybody charge an hourly rate to find a part, charge 100 additional “trip” charge because window part wasn’t in stock, after saying it was. Never had any glass company break a window, not once but twice. Never had a glass company reinstall a bad window, that was now broken as well and say find somebody else. The choice is yours.

Phillip is very knowledgeable and helpful. A good, friendly man. Rather than having to replace the entire window, he was able to fix the one part that has broken, which saved me over 1000!! I’m thankful for that!
